Ideal Park
Ideal Park is placed at ghosia chowk at college Road Township. Parks are very essential for healthy activities it provides freshness relaxation and entertainment.
One thing remember this ideal park is not lie in the upper category of parks like. Model town Gulshan Iqbal Park. But it is one of the best parks in the township area. Numbers of people which live in township come there for jogging, playing (cricket, football) and social meeting. It is holidays in a school so children also come with parents. One side of the play ground is fixed for football where registered club is functioning with the name of “flying eagle”, remaining play grounds are mostly used for normal cricket. One object which really outclass in this park is heavy lights so you can play cricket and do other activities easily even in night.
I guess 500-700 people daily come up to in this park. I also go there for jogging and the running track in the square form which is about 1km. Four years ago I went to model Town Park for jogging at that time this park was not developed. But now it sufficient developed with tube-well, water cooler, sitting area, exercise area and contented jogging track. Surf excel is also installed fun area with see-saw, slides and others for children. In the end if we rate this park in township area so I think it would be at top.
We have lot of good parks in our surroundings, we just don’t know. That’s a good info for the people of township – Lahore.
