People used to fly kites for many many years but at that time the threads used were not so furious and dangerous as compared to those being used now a days. It has caused loss of a number of human lives. It is suggested that if at all this has to be done, special places (big grounds) outside the city should be fixed and also use of chemical and dangerous threads be banned.
